I’m a licensed therapist supporting adults in the state of Oklahoma who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or emotionally stuck.

Life- careers, relationships, parenthood, identity shifts, and pressure to “have it together” can take its toll on even the strongest of souls. I have created a space for you to press the pause button and come back to self. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement or expectation.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Sometimes you just need someone to sit with you while you untangle things.
